What is the return policy?

You can return an unopened bottle within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with return shipping paid by you. If a bottle arrives broken, email hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com within 7 days and it gets replaced free. Glass and UPS occasionally disagree. That one is on us.

Do you sell gift cards?

Accepted Answer

No. There is one product in three sizes, so a gift card would only be a slower way of buying the bottle. Buy the single at $36, the Twins at $69, or the Threesome at $96 and ship it straight to the recipient. Choosing for them is the whole point of this particular gift.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, plus the accelerated wallets shown at checkout such as Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely and card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by the store. A receipt goes to the email address entered at checkout.

Can I order in bulk for an event, wedding, or company?

Yes, but talk to a human first. The store is set up for orders of one to three bottles, and anything larger is handled by email at hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com. Batches are small, so lead time matters more than price. Tell us the date and the quantity and it gets sorted.

Is there a discount code for Extra Slutty Olive Oil?

There is no standing public discount code. The best available value is structural rather than promotional: the Threesome at $96 works out to about $32 per bottle, and any order of two or more ships free, which saves $7. Subscribers to the email list hear about anything else first.

Is there a subscription or refill option?

Accepted Answer

No subscription. Olive oil is best bought when you are ready to use it, not stockpiled on a schedule, and a 14 fl oz bottle lasts most people one to three months as a finishing oil. Buy the Threesome at $96 if you want to not think about it for a while.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if it has not shipped. Email hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com as soon as possible with the order number and the change, whether that is a different address, a different size, or a cancellation. Once UPS has it, the change has to become a return instead.

Is Extra Slutty Olive Oil in stock?

Accepted Answer

Availability is shown live on theextrasluttyoliveoil.com. The oil is produced in small batches rather than run continuously, so sizes do sell out and come back rather than being permanently stocked. If a size is unavailable, the email list is the first place a restock gets announced.

What is the refund timeline after I return a bottle?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of the returned bottle arriving back. The bottle has to be unopened and in its original packaging, sent back within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping is paid by you. Damage is a different and faster process: email hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com within 7 days and a replacement goes out free.

Can I return an open bottle if I don't like it?

No. Returns require the bottle to be unopened and in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by you. Once the seal is broken it cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned. The exception is damage: if a bottle arrives broken or leaking, email hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com within 7 days and it gets replaced free.

What if my bottle arrives broken?

Report a broken bottle to hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com within 7 days of delivery and it will be replaced free of charge.

What if I want to return an unopened bottle I bought as a gift?

Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery, but the buyer covers return shipping. If a bottle arrives broken, report it to hello@theextrasluttyoliveoil.com within 7 days for a free replacement.

Can I pay with a gift card or use a discount code?

Accepted Answer

The store does not sell gift cards and there is no standing public discount code available. Payment is handled through standard checkout.

Is there a subscription option so I don't have to reorder?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no subscription option currently offered. Each order is a one-time purchase, whether it's a single bottle, the Twins, or the Threesome.

Question 15

I need a bunch of bottles for a wedding or corporate event, can I order that through the store?
